Reserve a Vendor Table

Table Booking Information

  • Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted

  • Order includes the listed number of tables and ONLY that amount.  Any vendor using additional Collect-A-Con tables that are not included in their order will be charged an additional $150 per table at the time of the show.

  • Vendors are NOT allowed to set up beyond their designated area or rearrange tables from their original, set position.

  • Vendors are NOT allowed to place any promotional or logo stickers, papers, signs, or any adhesive items to the floor in their designated are or anywhere else in the venue. Any vendor who does place anything with adhesives to the floor will be fined $2000.

  • See table / section sizes on floor plan

  • Select number of tables you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout

  • You will receive an email with your assigned section/table numbers 2 weeks before the day of the show

  • Table cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the event, no exceptions. There is a 20% cancellation fee on all refunded orders.

Table Set-Up Information

  • You will receive an email with set-up instructions 2 weeks days prior to the event

  • Vendor set-up details will be shared 2 weeks before the day of the show

  • Set-Up will be on Friday from 9:00am – 7:00pm

  • You will receive detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the loading dock

 
 
Please review our policies link, located at the bottom of our homepage (Policies). The reservation and purchase of vendor & exhibitor tables constitutes your agreement to our published policies. Refunds for vendor / exhibitor tables will not be issued if you cancel less than 30 days prior to show.
